In the footsteps of Frederic Chopin

Frederic Chopin – Poland’ greater composer nad pianist lived in Warsaw for the first 20 years of his live. He was raised, educated here and his talent has developed in Warsaw’s concert halls. We will visit multiple sites in the city connected to Chopin: Chopin’s Museum with outstanding collection of memmorabilia, Holly Cross Church where his heart rests, Chopin Family Parlor on Royal Route, Warsaw University area, where in one of the bulidings Chopin family lived, Church of Visitation and Protestant Church where young Frederic used to play organs, Presidential Palace (outside ) that whitnessed few of Chopin’s private concerts for Polish aristocrats, world famous Chopin monument in Royal Łazienki Park, Powązki Cemetery to see Chopin parents’ grave.

    Jewish heritage tour

    Until the World War II about third part of Warsaw population was Jewish. Holocaust during Nazi occupation brought the dramatic end to jewish culture in Warsaw. This tour will take you through some places connected to Jewish past: Jewish Cemetery, Nozyk Synagogue, Jewish Historical Institute, sites of Ghetto Uprising, Anelewicz Bunker and the Umschlagplatz.
